PRICE INCLUDES

Weekly changed bed laundry, twice a week complete bathroom and kitchen laundry.

EXTRA COSTS

City Tax
Final apartment cleaning : 30,00 euro
Extra change of bathroom laundry ( 1 set of 3 towels) : 5,00 euro per set
Extra change of bedroom laundry : 5,00 euro per bed

DEPOSIT AND SETTLEMENT

A deposit amounting to 30% of the total fee is required on confirming the reservation. The total amount , together with any extras, should be settled possibly on the arrival.

DEPOSIT

On arriving you will be required and extra security deposit of 100,00 euro in cash or credit card, as a warranty. No bank cheques are accepted. The deposit will be returned on check out, after checking the apartment. It is therefore the customer’s care to check and eventually inform about possible problems during the stay.

ARRIVALS POLICY

Check in are possible on Saturdays, from 1.00 PM on.

Check out must be on Saturdays within 10.00 am.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be forwarded within 7 days from the scheduled arrival, otherwise the whole deposit will be charged.
For cancellations made within the due terms, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer with a deduction of the bank commission cost.
Postponed arrivals or anticipated departures will not allow refunding o reductions on the agreed price.
